Each URNAM garment goes through many careful steps - from design and fabric sourcing to hand-finishing and quality checks. We work in small quantities with skilled artisans rather than large factories. Natural fabrics and handcrafted processes require more time and attention, but they create pieces that last longer and feel more personal. Our pricing reflects the true value of craftsmanship, fair work, and thoughtful production.

What fabrics do you use?

We primarily work with natural fabrics, especially cotton and cotton-linen blends. These fabrics are breathable, comfortable in warmer climates, and gentle on the skin. Unlike synthetic materials, natural fibres allow garments to move naturally and age gracefully with wear. We choose fabrics that feel good to wear and align with our belief in creating clothing that is mindful of both people and the environment.

What makes URNAM pieces different?

URNAM designs are created slowly and intentionally. Many details are finished by hand, and our silhouettes are designed to be versatile for travel, work, and everyday moments. Because we produce in limited quantities, each piece carries a sense of individuality rather than mass production. Crafted in lightweight, translucent linen, this ensemble pairs a hand-textured top with a fluid embroidered skirt. The top features a self-textured front created entirely by hand using running stitches worked in a spiral motion, layered with Kantha running-stitch embroidery. Scalloped finishing along the bottom and sleeve hems adds a delicate edge. The coordinating linen skirt falls in a fluid silhouette with a draped hem and side zip opening, with each panel carrying hand embroidery inspired by the bouquet motif, arranged in a subtle repeat to create rhythm across the silhouette.
