At URNAM, every garment is thoughtfully designed and handcrafted with care. We believe in intentional design, refined craftsmanship, and creating pieces meant to be cherished, while maintaining clarity and fairness in our policies.

Domestic Orders (India)
No-Questions-Asked Returns & Exchanges
We offer a 7-day no-questions-asked return and exchange on all domestic orders within India.
If a piece doesn’t feel right, you may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order, subject to the eligibility conditions outlined below.

Return & Exchange Eligibility
To ensure quality and fairness, all returned or exchanged items must:

Be unused, unworn, and unwashed

Have original tags, packaging, and invoice intact

Be returned in their original condition
Requests that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.
Exchange Process & Timelines

Exchanges are subject to product availability

Once your exchange request is approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup

After the returned item is received and quality-checked:

The exchange product will be dispatched within 7–9 business days

If the requested exchange item is unavailable:

You may choose an alternative product, or

Opt for a refund as per our refund policy

Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items

Made-to-order or specially customized pieces (if applicable)
Refunds (Domestic Orders)

Refunds are initiated once the returned item is received and approved

Refunds are processed within 9–10 business days

The amount is credited to the original mode of payment
International Orders
All international orders are made-to-order and shipped internationally. As such, we are currently unable to offer returns or exchanges on international purchases.
We recommend reviewing size charts carefully and reaching out to us before placing an order for any sizing or product-related assistance.

Damaged or Incorrect International Orders
In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery, along with clear supporting images.
Each case will be reviewed individually, and a suitable resolution will be offered at our discretion.
A Note on Handcrafted Pieces
Each URNAM garment is individually handcrafted. Subtle variations in color, texture, or embroidery are inherent to the process and enhance the uniqueness of every piece. These variations are not considered defects.
